Soybean oil

Soybean oil is obtained by extraction of soybean and/or soybean meal.

The quality of refined soybean oil depends on the quality of extracted oil and the quality of soybeans from which the extraction was performed.
Crude soybean oil consists of triglycerides (cca.95%), phospholipids (approx.2%), no soapysubstance (approx. 1.5%) and trace minerals.
Refined soybean oil contains approx. 99% triglycerides.
Soybean oil is used in the household for the preparation of various dishes, and is particularly popular in Asian countries.
